How to Return

- We respond within 1 business day with return instructions
- Pack securely and ship back via a trackable service
- Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 5 business days
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described — in those cases, we cover postage.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — usually no return required.
Wrong Item
If we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund and cover all shipping.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before shipping. After shipping, follow the standard return process.
Australian Consumer Law
Our policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
