Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide and to most international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment. You'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.

Australian Shipping

  • Standard: 5-12 business days, calculated at checkout (FREE on orders over $80)
  • Express: 2-5 business days, calculated at checkout

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Delivery typically 10-25 business days depending on destination and customs. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking number and link. Track via the carrier's site or email CineTechProjects@gmail.com.

Delays

Possible causes: public holidays, carrier disruptions, weather events, customs clearance, high-volume sale periods. If significantly delayed beyond the estimate, contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged on arrival: Contact within 48 hours with photos — we'll arrange free replacement or refund.

Tracking shows delivered but no package:

  1. Check with neighbours and local post office / parcel locker
  2. Wait 2 business days (sometimes scanned before drop-off)
  3. Contact us — we'll lodge a carrier claim

Incorrect Address

Double-check your address at checkout. Returned packages incur a re-shipping fee.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can ship to most Australia Post PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Contact us first if your address is unusual.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-order items show estimated dispatch on the product page. Backorder delays trigger an immediate email.

Multiple Shipments

Large orders may ship in multiple packages from different warehouses with separate tracking. Your full order is on the way.
