What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. All transactions are SSL-encrypted via Shopify Payments.
Can I use Afterpay?
Yes! Afterpay is available at checkout for eligible orders (typically $1-$2,000). Pay in 4 interest-free instalments, fortnightly.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes — all prices on TechTopia are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email CineTechProjects@gmail.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, please follow our returns process.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Australian orders: 5-12 business days for standard, 2-5 business days for express. International orders: 10-25 business days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $80.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any local import duties or customs fees.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. You can also reply to your order confirmation email anytime to check status.
My tracking says "delivered" but I haven't got my package?
Sometimes packages are scanned as delivered before actual drop-off. Wait 1-2 business days, check with neighbours and your local post office. If it's still missing, email us and we'll lodge a claim.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, original condition with all packaging, full refund (less return shipping unless item was faulty). See our full Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email CineTechProjects@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — usually no need to send the damaged item back.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Bank processing usually takes another 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
Products & Warranty
Are your products genuine?
All TechTopia-branded products are sourced directly from manufacturers we've vetted. Where we sell brand-name items, they're 100% genuine — no counterfeits.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes — most TechTopia products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Plus you have full Australian Consumer Law guarantees regardless.
My product stopped working. What do I do?
Email CineTechProjects@gmail.com with your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue (photos/video help). We'll troubleshoot, repair, replace, or refund per Australian Consumer Law.
Account & Communication
Do I need an account to buy?
Nope — guest checkout is fine. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive customer-only deals.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You'll still get transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) — these are required.
